Lindsay Hadley
Managing Director
Lindsay Hadley is a global standout consultant with 20+ years experience in the nonprofit sector and international development. Lindsay’s journey began with hands-on humanitarian work across the globe, including as a founding member and Executive Producer of Global Citizen. As Executive Producer on a slate of in development films, documentaries and television shows she realized founding Harbor Media Fund was the most natural next step. Lindsay has leveraged her exceptional philanthropic fundraising acumen has directly raised millions and mobilized billions for causes through impactful campaigns and events.
Philip Webb
Director, Operations
Philip Webb is an experienced operator with over 15 years of experience at successful nonprofit organizations including Operation Kids and Mentors international. Phil has Masters degree from both George Washington University and the University of Oxford in Nonprofit Management, International Development, and Sustainable Development. Phil’s work has helped improve the lives of millions of children around the world, and lifted countless families from poverty to prosperity. Phil has focused on social ventures that promote self-reliance, poverty eradication, and the support and defense of underprivileged children.
Matthew Peterson
Director, Investments
Matthew Peterson is a former software engineer and tech entrepreneur, and is now an angel investor and startup mentor. Matt also advises venture capital funds and has an MBA from BYU with an emphasis in Finance. Matt recently started working in film and media as an executive producer and financier. An avid outdoorsman, Matt loves traveling the world and experiencing new cultures with his wife and four children . Matt started his philanthropic journey focusing on helping disadvantaged children and social impact in rural Africa, South America, and also locally in his home state of Utah.
